BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dub1 in, Ohio ~ of the elected members concurring, that: SECTION 1. That from the effective date of this Ordi- .t~ .{..I' r.- ,.,.",e\" ..+ ~~ ~Ir nance every water well drilled in the Village of Dub1 in~sha11 have a mini- p~ ~ ~ mum depth of Thirty (30) feet and every well drilled shall be cased down to a minimum of Fifteen (15) feet from ground level, ~ ~~,~'^~~ O(o..c.o , s r4lp~a.l..a. SECTION 2. That from the effective date of this Ordi- nance every water well drilled in the Village of Dubl in shall be cased down a minimum of Fifteen (15) foot from the potable water supply. SECTJ ON 3. No water well shall be drilled in the Village C of Dub1 in, Ohio, unless prior to said drilling a permit for said dril ling has been secured from the Building Inspector of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio. SECTION 4. That within Five (5) days after the comple- tion of a drilling of a well within the Village of Dublin, Ohio, reports shall be made by the Drilling Contractor to the Building Inspector of the Village of Dub1 in as to the depth of the well drilled and as to the number of feet said well was cased down, and the depth of the potable water supply, and such other information as the Village of Dub1 in Building Inspector may desire to assure the residents of the Village of Dublin of an uncontamina- ted and drinkable water supply in keeping with the health, welfare, and safety of the Village of Dubl in residents. SECTION 5.
