TIr. Dixon moved, seconded by litr. Macklin that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
D~. Dixon introduced Ordinance 13-69 dealing with the re-zoning of the Frank
Thomas 9.581 Acre tract. The Ordinance was read for the first time. l~ Karrer
moved, seconded by l,rr. Ulrey to dispense with the three time reading rule.
Vote on the motion was unanimous, and vote on the Ordinace was Denney, NO and
all other members of Council voting YES, and the Ordinance passed.
Clerk was instructed to write a letter to the Ashland Oil Executive Offices
expressing Dublins desire o~ having their Company located in the Village.
Clerk was instructed to write a letter to the County Prosecutors office
informing then that we do not have a City Charter.
