BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected ~mbers concurring: . SECTION 1. That the Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract by and between the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and the Board,of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Ohio, and the Sheriff of Delal'lare CoUnty, Ohio, for the keeping of prisoners in the Delaware Comty Jail on the tenns contained in the agreement attached hereto which is made hereby a part of this Ordinance. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an eme~gency measure necessary for the irranediate preservation of the . , public$peace, health and safety; for the reason that it is immediately ~ necessary to enter into an agreement 'for the keeping, of prisoners and that this, Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon ~ its passage.
