I Be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dub1 in, Ohio ~

I of the elected members concurring, that:

SECTION 1. Section 132.15 of the Village of Dub1 in's Code of Ordinances

I be, and they are, hereby, amended by deleting the present subparagraph (c)
I
I
thereof, which reads as follows:
"(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor ,
m i sdeameanor" I

and replacing it with the following subparagraph (c): I
"(c) Whoever violates this section may be fined ,
,
not more than $250.00 or imprisoned not more than I
30 days or both." I
SECTION 2. This Ordinance be in force and effect from and after the I
