AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE SAFETY-POLICE FUND AND THE STREET
FUND; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
~ WHEREAS, the 1976 Appropriations Ordinance includes
U appropriations for the TRANSFER of funds to t'hese .
two (2) accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the Members
elected thereto concurring;
SECTION I. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby
is, authorized and directed to make a TRANSFER from
the GENERAL fund to the SAFETY-POLICE fund in the
amount of $ 26,000.00, and a TRANSFER from the GENERAL
fund to the STREET fund in the amount of $ 13,000.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby
is, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health
and safety for the reason that these TRANSFERS are imm-
ediately necessary to meet the obligations of the SAFETY-
POLICE fund and the STREET fund, and that this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage. ~
