AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THE DESIGNERS
FORUM, INC. AS THE VILLAGE PLANNER
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
~ WHEREAS, The Village1s contract with its previous planner has expired, and, I
Council feels that it is necessary for the immediate preservation of the I
health, welfare and safety of the Village that a new planner be appointed
immediately; therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio ~
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION l. The Designers Forum, Inc. be, and it is hereby,
appointed and designated as the Village of Dublin's Planners; ~,~~ ~~,

SECTION 2. This Ordin~c; e," and it is, hereby, declared to
be an emergency o~dinance for the reason that the Village of Dublin has an
immediate need for a Vil lage Planner in order to preserve and protect the
general health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Village, and,
r-, therefore, this Ordinance will be in force, and take effect immediately upon
