Form No. 1097 Held_ JUNE 3 69 --- -------------------- --- -- --------- ------------ ------ - - ------- -------- ------ -- --- -- __ __ __ _____ ___19 ______ __ A special meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8 :30 l)NI at the TSunicipal Building with President Pro Tem Joseph Dixon presiding. Roll call was held as follows: Denney ,present ,Dixon, present ,Karrer ,present, 1~cklin,present, McCoy, present and Ulrey,present. A letter was read from til.e Planning and Zoning Commission of Dublin reccom- ending unanimously that Council approve the Rezoning of the Frank Thomas Tract and the Annexation of the Rings proDerty. L~. Ulrey introduced resolution 03-69 dealing with setting a time and place for a Public Hearing on the Frank Thomas rezoning request. LT. Karrer moved seconded by lilr. Lack1in to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the l~tion was unanimous and vote on the resolution was unanimous. The Notice of the Public Hearing was published in the Colunbus Dispatch on Friday June 6, 1969. The notice for the assessments for the Monterey Drive storm Sewer and Drainage Ditch also was published in the Columbus Dispatch Friday June t, 1969. The Ordinance to rezone the Frank Thomas tract was introduced by b~. Denney and read for the first time. NT. b~cklin moved, seconded by ~~. McCoy to table the Ordinance until after the Public Hearing. ?!Ir. McCoy introduced Ordinance 12-69 dealing with creating the Carol S. Kenned~ Library or Park Trust Fund and accepting the gift from ~,~. Kennedy for said F\~d. the Urdlnance was read for the first time. NT. Ulrey moved, seconded by NT. Karrer to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Urdinance was unanimous. The Clerk was instructed to withdraw said funds from the bank and re-deposit / setting up the Carol S. Kennedy Library or Park Trust Fund. The Clerk foIl ~ instructions and withdrew and re-deposited $ 5,255.04 on Friday June 6, 1969 in the Carol S. Kennedy Library or Park Trust Fund now carried as a separate Account in the Ledgers of the Village of Dublin, Ohio. The state examiner audited the books of the Village on June 4th and 5th 1::369 because of some discrepencies in the Annual Report. This examlnation resulted in the following entries to the Ledp;3rs of the Village.
