AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGORD,NO. 18-75
BY DELETING , lHEREFROM, lHEllNO 1URN
ON RED" RESTRICTION AT BRIDGE STREET
AND FRANTZ . ROAD,
Be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
S- of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No, 18-75, Section 1 thereof, be amended by deleting
therefrom the phrase "... and the north and south intersection of Bridge
Street and Frantz Roads, .,." so that said section would as follows:
"SECTION 1. The intersections of Bridge Street and High
Street, and of Bridge Street and High School Road, are,
hereby, designated as "No Turn on Red" intersections."; and
further that the Village Administrator is, hereby authorized and directed
to remove the "No Turn on Red" signs at the intersection of Bridge Street
and Frantz Road.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance be in force and take effect from and after the
earliest period allowed by law.
