The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8 :00 Pm at the
l:Iunic'ipal 3uilding with IVlayor ,Jack Frambes presiding.
Roll call was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,present,Karrer,present,
ITe.cklin,Dresent,McCoy,present and Ulrey, present.
The minutes of the Dreceeding meeting were read and apnroved.

Lir. Karrer moved, seconded by Er. 1',lacklin that the bills be paid. Vote thereo
was unanimous.
A petition for annexation to the village was read from l:Ir. and IIrs. Rings
on Avery and Shier Rings Ed. TIr. McCoy moved that the petition be forwarded t
the Planning and Zoning COllli"'J.ission for their reccomendation.
A potition for rezoning was read from LIr. Frank A. Thomas for 9.531 acres on
Shier Rings Rd. LIr. Dixon moved that tl-:e petition be forwarded to .r'lanning an
Zoning Commission for their reccomendation.
A SDecial Council meeting was called for June 3, 1969 at 8:30 .r'l\l at the
I~unici pal Bldg, and all menbers of Counc il vrere so informed.
A motion v!as made by Hr. Karrer and seconded by li[r. Dixon that effective with
this year 1969 Chief H.J:!.:. Rose be granted 3 weeks vacation paid each year.
Vote on the motion was unanimous.
Ordinance 11-69 was introduced by NIr. Dixon dealing with the fixing and regu-
lating of Gas Rates by Columbia Gas of Ohio. The Ordinance was read for the
first time. IvIr. Karrer moved, seconded by IiIr. Ulrey to dispense with the thre
time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Ordinance
was unanimous.
The Clerk informed Council that the Annual Budget must be approved by Counci
on or before July 15, 1969. The I:~yor, Solicitor, Clerk and 1Ir. Denney will
work on the preparation of the Budget and subnit to Council for approval.
