Roll Call was held as follows: Denney,Dresent,Dixon,~resent,Karrer,present, Macklin,present,McCoy,present a.nd Ulrey,rresent. The minutes of the preeeeding meeting were read and approved. The following bills' were subnitt8d for na;vment: City of Columbus Communications Division Standard Oil Co. Blue Cross Burgess &; N iple Nationwide Insurance Heer Printing Charles Adkins H.E. Vote thereon hrr. Dixon moved, seconded by was' unanimous. I.'ir. Lowell Mast anpeared before Council to explain the guidelines and plans for The Greater Citizens Committee of Dublin. A motion was made by Hr. Dixon and seconded by LIr. Karrer to authorize the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission to spend up to $100.00 for Copies and preparation of Copies of the Franklin County and Groveport Zoning Codes for fftudy. This motion also stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Dublin has the authority to use the Village Solicitor or Engineer when needed. Vote on the motion was unanimous. Ordinance 08-69 ~as introduced by hir. Karrer dealing with a Levy for special assessments for the Monterey Drive storm Ditches. The Ordinance was read for the first time. LIr. Dixon moved, seconded by l!ir. Ulrey to dispense with the three time resding rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Ordinance was unanimous. Ordinance 09-69 was introduced by liir. L'iacklin dealing with the Renewal of a Note in Antic iDation the collection of the special assessnents for the l'!iontere Drive stOrTI Ditches. The Ordinance was read for the first time. LIr. Ulrey moved, seconded by IIr. Karrer to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Ordinance was unanimous. Ordince 10-69 was introduced by Ilr. McCoy dealing with the appointment of a street Commissioner. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Air. Dixon moved, seconded by Nrr. Karrer to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Ordinance was unanimous.
