AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING AND APPOINTING
A RESERVE OFFICER FOR THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, the Village of Dubl in, Ohio, has a reserve pol ice force; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed, for a Six (6) month probationary period,
Terry B. Bartow as a reserve pol ice officer of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio:
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio, is of the opinion that
said Terry B. Bartow is a suitable person for such appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dubl in,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the six (6) month probationary appointment of Terry B. Bartow
as a Reserve Police Officer of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, be and it hereby
is confi rmed.
SECTION 2. That this appointment is contingent on the aforesaid appointee
taking and passing a physical examination.
SECTION 3. That this appointment is to continue as probationary until such
time as the aforesaid officer is either finally appointed and confirmed
or until said officer is suspended or removed from office according to
law.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance be in force and take effect at the earl iest
period allowed by law.
