AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF
CLERICAL ASSISTANT FOR THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
APPOINT SAID CLERICAL ASSISTANT WITH
THE ADVICE AND CONSENT OF COUNCIL
Be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, S-
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. There is, hereby, created the position of Clerical Assistant
for the Village of Dubl in, Ohio.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to interview and investigate all appli-
cants for the position of Clerical Assistant, and, from said interview and
investigation, the mayor shall appoint someone to fill the position of
Clerical Assistant with the advice and Consent of Council.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest period allowed by law.
