That the Vi I lage Administrator he, and he her'ery 1<" "', authorized and directed to advertise for bids, for two con sec- utive weeks, for the improvements on the above named Roads or portions of Roads, in accordance with the plans and specific- ations prepared by the Vi Ilage Engineer and presently on fi Ie in the ofFice of the Clerk-Treasurer. A II bids shall be sei'll- eJ and shi'lll he fi led with the Vii lage Administrator of the Vi I lare of Dubl in before 12:00 Noon D.S.T. m A "f '1. J... , 1976, at \vhich time said bids shall he opened. The Counc i I of the Vi I lage of Dublin reserves the right to reject any and all bids. SECT I ON 2.
