AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE
SIX (6) MONTH PROBATIONARY
APPOINTMENT TO AND PROMOTION
OF OFFICER RICHARD M. HAYS
TO SERGEANT.
Be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio ~
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECT! ON 1. The Mayor1s appointment and promotion, for a six (6) month
probationary period of Officer Richard M. Hays to the rank of Sergeant with-
in the Village of Dublin's Pol ice Department be, and it is, hereby approved
and confirmed.
SECTION 2. This appointment is to continue as probationary until such
time as the said officer is either finally appointed and confirmed or until
his final appointment is rejected.
SECTION 3. This ORDINANCE be in force and take effect from and after the
earl iest period allowed by law.
