Form No, 2806-A Ordinance No.3_(.u"_2'_~___ Passed IfIlJ"lnnnl? ____n'_____19l~u AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL FULL-TIME VILLAGE EMPLOYEES TO UNDERGO A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AT LEAST EVERY TWO (2) YEARS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dub1 in, Ohio t., of the elected members thereof concurring, that: SECTION 1. All Full-time permanent Village employees must have on file with the Village a report resulting from their having undergone a physical examination within at least two (2) Years of the date of said report. The report shall include a certification from the examining physician that the employee is physically capable of performing his regular duties. SECTI ON 2, The Mayor shall, from time to time, designate a 1 icensed phy- sician to conduct such physical examination and make such report to the Village Council, and, the Clerk-Treasurer is, hereby, directed to pay the fees of said examining physician. SECTION 3. This Ordinance be in force and take effect from and after the earl iest period allowed by law.
