AND REPAIR FUND": AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
'dHEREAS, the 1976 Appropriations Ordinance includes an
appropriation from the GENERAL FUND for the TRANSFER of
funds to the "STREET CONSTR'JCTION-~1AINTE\!ANCE AND REPAIR

NO\'!, THERE FORE, PE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the
Vi I lage of Dublin, State of Ohio,~of the elected mem-
bers concurring:
SECTION I. That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized
to make a TF(ANSFER from the GENERAL FlIND to the STREET
CONSTRUCTION-MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND in the amount
of 5 10,000.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance he, and the same hereby , s,
declared to he an emergency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the puhlic peace, health and safety
for the reason the this TRANSFER is necessary to meet the
ohligations of the STREET CONSTRUCTION -'1AINTENANCE AND
REPAIR FUND, and that this Ordinance shal I take effect and
I--e in force immediately upon its passage.
