ROAD NORTH TO THE HIGH SCHOOL, AND IN '10NTEREY DRIVE

IN THE VILLAGE OF DUPLIN, OHIO: AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 19-76, bids have been re-
ceived for the construction of said "Water Transmission
Main Improvements": and
\IJHEREAS, Counc i I has deter'm i ned that the bid of )<O'<'O~'N ~
c.o..v~1'. Cc for said construction, in the amount of

NOW, THEREFORE, PE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi I 1-
age of Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring:
SECTION I. That the bid ofk:.ow..o"',~c;. Ce,.,J~1. LQ for the con-
struction of said "Water Transmission Main Improvements" !n
accordance with the sepcifications presently on fi Ie in the
office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby is accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Vi 1 lage Administrator and the Clerk- Tr-
easurer be, and they hereby are, directed to execute a con-
tract in the name of the Vi Ilage with the said ~1C-4~t....l'-
C,e", ~l Co for t he con struct i on of sa i d "'/Jater Tr'an s-
mi~sion Main Improvements" in accordance with the specific-
ations presently on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treas-

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the publ ic
peace, health and safety of said Vi I lage, and the inhabitants
of said Vii lage, wherefore this Ordinance shal I take effect
