AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO APPOINT ONE PERSON A LIEUTENANT
AND ONE PERSON A SERGEANT FOR THE
VILLAGE OF DUBLIN'S POLICE DEPARTMENT.
Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio,
~ of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION I. The Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to appoint one
Lieutenant and one Sergeant for the Village's Pol ice Department.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect, and be in force, from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
