I DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, the Vi I lage of Dubl in is developing its
II first community Park, and these improvements are
needed for said Park: -'

I NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED by the Coynci I of

" the Vi Ilage of Dubl in,' State of Ohio, tf; of the

I elected members concurring:

I SECTION I . That the Vi Ilage Administrator be, and
\ he hereby IS, authorized and directed to advertise
for bids for two consecutive weeks for the const-
ruct ion of Dub I in Park Development-Coffman Road-
Phase Two, in accordance with the plans and spec-
ifications prepared by Schooley Cornel ius Assoc-
iates and presently on fi Ie in the office of the
Clerk Treasurer. A II bids sha II be seated, and
sha II be fi led with the ViI lage Admi~istrator,
Vi Ilage of Dubl in, Ohio, before I ! : 00 A. M. on
4111.".. '~1' . , 1976, at which time said bids
sha II be opened. The Dub I in Vi Ilage Counci I re-
serves the ~ight t~ reject any and al I bids.
SECTION 2. That this Ordi~ance be, and the same hereby
IS, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for
the immediate preservation of the publ ic peace, hea Ith
and safety for the reason that these improvements are
