ORDINANCE EMPLOYING SOLICITOR AND SETTING COMPENSATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, State of Ohio,
b of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECT! ON 1: That Donald A. Richardson, Attorney at Law, be and he here-
by is, employed as Village Sol icitor for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for

the year June 1, 1976 to May 31, 1977; that in performing his duties as ~~l

Sol icitor Donald A. Richardson may be assisted by the legal servi ces of Wi1.,

other law firms of his choosing as it may from time to time become necessary

and/or desirable so as to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of
Solicitor to the fullest and most competent eKtent; that said Solicitor
shall be paid the sum of $300.00 per year, and in consideration thereof,
the Sol icitor shall attend sixteen (16) Council meetings per year; that
said Sol icitor shall be paid the sum of $25.00 per hour for the preparation
of Ordinances, Resolutions, Memoranda, Contracts and legal opinions,
whether prepared by the Sol icitor solely or whether assisted, and for per-
forming his duties as Sol icitor not otherwise provided for herein; that
said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $150.00 per day for all trial work;
that said Sol icitor shall be paid the sum of $25.00 per hour for legal
services incident to the prosecution or defense of legal proceedings; that
for legal services incident to all publ ic improvements, including the
preparation of legal opinions on aspects of said improvement programs, the
preparation of all memoranda contracts, correspondence and the like, and
that said Sol icitor shall bill the Village of Dubl in monthly and shall be
paid monthly for all services rendered and expenses advanced as Sol icitor.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance be in force and effect at the earl iest
period allowed by law. d

ORDINANCE EMPLOYING SOLICITOR AND SETTING COMPENSATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, State of Ohio,

SECTION 1: That Donald A. Richardson, Attorney at Law, be and he i

hereby is, employed as Village Sol icitor for the Village or Dubl in, Ohio, fori

the year June 1, 1976 to May 31, 1977, provided that either party hereto, may
on Thirty (30) da~s notice, cancel this Agreement; that in performing his
duties as Sol icitor Donald A. Richardson may be assisted by the legal ser-
vices of other law firms of his choosing as it may from time to time become
necessary and/or desirable so as to fulfill the duties and responsibil ities
or Solicitor to the fullest and most competent extent; that said Solicitor
sha 11 be paid the sum of $300.00 per year, and in consideration thereof,
the Solicitor shall attend Sixteen (16) Council meetings per year; that
said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $25.00 per hour for the preparation
