WHEREAS, the State of Ohio has adopte4 a, ne\'l Criminal Code of Ohio which '
became effective on January 1, 1974; and
WHEREAS, it has therefore become neces~ary to amend the General Offenses
and Traffic Sections of the Dublin Code in order to confonn to these ne\'l stat-
utes; nOlo[, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY 1HE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO, ~
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. Anderson's Code of Ordinances, Basic Code, as set forth in
Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby en-
acted and adopted as a part of the Codified Ordinances. of this Village, to be I

in full force and effect on and after the ,earliest date allowed by la\'l, re-
placing the existing Code of Ordinances No. .0357 and Traffic Code Ordinance
No., 23B-72.
SECTION 2. ' The existing Code of Ordinances No. .0357 and Traffic Code
Ordinance No. 23B-72, as in effect on said date as set forth in Section 1, and

all other ordinances in effect on said date as set forth in Section 1 which
are in conflict with the Code of Ordinances enacted by Section 1 hereof, are

hereby repealed as of the said date as set forth in Section 1. i
SECTION 3. The repeal provided for in Section 2 hereof shall not affect
any offense or act comnitted or done', or any penalty or forfeiture incurred, I

or any right established or, accruing before aforesaid date, or any prosecution,
suit or other proceeding pending, or any judgment rendered before aforesaid J

SECfION 4., This ordinance is an emergency ordinance necessary for the I

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RIGIITS OF
WAYS OF ROADWAYS WIl1HN 1HE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN I
U IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Cotmcil of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
~ of the members thereto concurring: I
SECl'ION 1. Except where the bOlmdaries of rights of ways of roadways
located \~ithin the municipality are othen~ise established by public records
of the municipality, a township, a county, or the state; by reference to
monuments or physical objects or barriers; by apparent public as opposed to
private use; or by other indicia; such boundaries of rights of ways of road-
ways now and hereaf~er located \.,rithin the municipality shall be prima facie
sixty feet, being thirty feet on either side of the centerlines of such road-
ways.
SECl'ION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the innnediate preservation of the'public I

peace, health, welf<;tre and safety and that' this Ordinance. shall take effect
