AN ORDINANCE EMPLOYING RORERT McCOY AS CEMETERY DIRECTOR: AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Counci I of the Vii lage of Dubl in, Ohio, has
established the position of Cemetery Director: and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Commission has recommended that
Robert McCoy be hired as said Cemetery Director for the
Vii lage of Dublin, Ohio: and
\v HER E AS, Counc i I is of the opinion that Robert McCoy IS
a suitable person for said position:
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED, hy the Counci I of the
Vi Ilage of Dubl in, State of Ohio,~of the elected members
concurring:
SECTION I . That Robert McCoy be, and he hereby IS, employed
as Cemetery Director of the Vii lage of Dubl in, Ohio, and IS

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, ,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
of the residents of the Vi I lage, and for the further reason
that a Cemetery Director is presently needed: and that this
Ord i nance sha II take effect and be in force immediatley upon
