Karrer moved, seconded by Dixon that the bills be paid. Vote thereon was
unanimous.
TriO Clerk informod Council that all signs ne,'ded by the Villa,o:;e must De
purchased and installed by the VillaRe and that the Franklin County Enp:in-
esrs were no longer in the siGn business.
A letter was read from Dr. Carpenter requesting that the curbinp: in front
of his office be repaired. Clerrk replied to Dr. Carpenter that we are aware
of the nroblem and until funds are available to coyer this Droject '}Iecannot
repair tbe curbing at the nresont tirne.
Clerk was instructo;d to ':.Trite Franklin County Engineers and request that they
inspect our streets to determine which stni:ts should be resurfaced in the
summer of 1969.
Clerk read letters from 'Iemcomo',!ap:on International and the City of' Dublin,
California asking for information on the Village of Dublin. The Clerk has
re',lied to both ',')arties.
Ordinance 06-69 was int roducod by Tlr. Dixon and read f:lr the first t imo.
I:Ir. Karrer mOiTed, secondod by I,ll'. Dixon to dmspense with the three time
reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and Vote on the Ordinance
was unanimous.
Clerk renortad that Ashland Oil co. had filed for A...11.nr,xation to the Villa~e
''lith the Franklin County Commissioners on ;'jarch 11, 1968.
Some discussion vias held on the Police Pension Fund, The Library Trusy Fund
and the Armointment of a Street Commissioner, but all throe items 'Nere
tabled until the next rep;ular EleotinG April 7, 1969
