AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF CEMETERY DIRECTOR,
FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF SAID DIRECTOR, LISTING THE DUTIES
OF SAID DIRECTOR: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, per Ordinance 09-76, the Dublin Vi I lage Counci I has
establ ished a Cemetery Commission: and
\'1' HE REAS, said Cemetery Commission has recommended the hiring
of a Cemetery Director:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Counci I of the Vi I lage
of Dublin, State of Ohio,' of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the position of Cemetery Director of the Vi I lage
of Dublin, Ohio, he and hereby IS, estab I i shed.
SECTION 2. That from and after the date the Cemetery Director
takes office, said Cemetery Director shal I be paid a salary
of $ 1,000.00 per year for performing his duties as Cemetery
Director for the Vi I lage of Dubl in, Ohio.
SECTION 3. That said Cemetery Director shal I administer the
rules and regulations as set forth by the Cemetery Commission,
be responsihle for al I financial and other records required,
and sha II he responsible for all sa I e s , grave site preparations,
and a II other duties normally associated with Cemetery operations.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance he, and the same hereby IS, decl-
ared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pre-
servation of the puhlic health, peace and safety of the residents
of the Vi Ilage, and for the further reason that effective March

and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immed-
