AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR GARBAGE AND
RUBBISH COLLECTING AND HAULING SERVICE TO THE VILLAGE: AUTHOR
IZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND CLERK-TREASURER TO EXEClJTE
A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. ~
WHEREAS, pursuan~ Ordinance 05-76 bids have been received for
garbage and rubbish c~llecting and hauling service to ~he Vii lage:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA I NED by the Counc i I of ~he V i II age of
Dublin, Sta~e of Ohio,~ of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECT I ON I. That the bid of ;:"-;0 W E~ (;4R8ACr;:- for garbage and
rubbish collecting and haul ing service ~o the Vii lage be, and it
hereby IS, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer
be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a
contrac~ in ~he name of the Vi Ilage, with ~he said---L::::LowE"~
C;~e~~~~ for said service according to the specifica~ions
contained In Ordinance 05-76.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, dec-
lared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pre-
servation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason
that a garbage and rubbish collection contract is presen~ly need-
ed since the current contract expires on February 28, 1976, and
~hat this Ordinance shal I take effec~ and be in force immediately
upon its passage.

CONTRACT

contractor", WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the Vi I lage of Dubl in desires to have garbage and rub-

desires to collect and dispose of the same, for the period comm-
encing FEB, 2.9 1'176 , and ending on JI/N'G 3(J. /97; .

WHEREAS, by Ordinance of the Vii lage of Dubl in, the Village Ad-
ministrator and the Clerk-Treasurer have been autha~ized on be-
half of said Vii lage, to enter into a contract with said FhCI'V€/Z
CfA/f'I3/JGt:= , as an independent contractor, for
said purpose:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises given
in Ordinance No: 05-76 (authorizi~ advertisement for said
services) and Ordinance No: J?-7 , accepting the bid of

the Contractor, agree as fol lows:
The Vi I lage and the Contractor agree to abide by all Sections
of abovement i oned Ord inances 05-76 and / ?-76 .
The V i II age agrees to pay the Contractor the sum of $ 2 3 '7Lf" to

per month for the services set forth above and in Ordinances 05-76
and /3- 7 b , for a II the existing residences in the Village of
Dublin, Ohio, and to pay in addition thereto the sum of $ -;3,,/0
for each additional residence built and occupied or annexed to the
Vi'llage, during the term of this contract.
The contract price may be modified according to law during the
term of this contract to compensate for the increased cost of
disposal. The Village agrees to pay contractor for services ren-
dered for each month, on or before the 10th day of the following
mont h.
Said Contract to be cancellable by the Vi I lage of Dublin, without,
liabi I ity, upon thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation to
the Contractor.
