COls,. 0, ~ Form No. 2806-A Ordinance No. __j1___Z_~ Passed__m mnf)1,t(l_c..c.--__L~ m__m19_11o AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PAID HOLIDAYS FOR ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO Be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, tp of the elected members concurring, that: SECTION 1. The following hol idays are, hereby, established as legal hol idays of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for which said Village's full time employees shall receive their regular and usual pay even though they do not work on said holidays; the holidays hereby established are: l. Christmas Day SECTION 2, In the event any full time employees of said Village should be required to work on any of the aforementioned holidays, then, said employee shall either receive double the pay due said employee for that day, or, said employee shall, after first obtaining permission from said employee's superior, receive compensatory time off work with pay, Said eompensatory time off shall be taken within thirty (30) days of the hol iday worked, and, if not so taken, then, said employee shall be deemed to have elected to receive double pay for the hol iday worked.
