That the petition of Eleanor P. Ke II ey, et a I . , for the annexation to the Vi Ilage of Dublin of the fol lowing described erritory in the County of Franklin, and adjacent.tothe Vi Ilage of Dubl in, to-wit: i tuated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of ashington and being more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Dubl in Corporation Line 0., i sc . Record 142, Page 54, Ordinance 20-66) the point being in the right-of-way of U.S. Route 33 and State Route 161. hence along and with said existing Dublin Corporation Line, the fol lowing courses and distances; outhwardly approximately 53.04 feet to a point in the right-of- way I ine of !J.S. Route 33 and State Route 161. vesterly approximately 941 feet to an angle point.
