AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 10-76
Be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dub1 in, Ohio, ~
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10-76 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio be, and
it is hereby, amended by adding Section 6.07 as follows:
IISection 6.07 Publication of Agenda
To provide the widest possible dissemination of agendas,
the chairman , secretary, or person calling the meetings
shall be instructed to establish rules regarding require-
ments for submitting matters for discussion to the various
, bodies at a sufficient time prededing each meeting to per-
-
mit preparation of an agenda and submission of the agenda to
the Clerk or Administrator at a time that they require to
enable at least one local newspaper of general circulation,
to pub1 ish the agenda at least 24 hours before the scheduled
meeting, if the newspaper is will ing to do so as a public
service, at no cost to the Village. Counc i 1 hereby C!uth-
orizes the Administrator to make, and change,if required in
the future, rules regarding submission to Council that wi 11
meet with these objectives. Emergency measures are exempt.1I
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect rrom and after the
earliest period a1 lowed by law.
