unanimous.
Letters 'were read from tho Board of Health informing the Vi llage that the
''later supoly and sewerage system at Mi(h!est~3rn Volks-wagon had been anproved.
A letter was read from TEl'. Skagi';s of Hilliard Ohio asking if the Old Council
naIl in the north end of tovm was available fro rent or for sale, and the
Cbrk was instructed to renl;I to TIr. s that is '-'Ias not availablo for
either rant or sale.
A letter from the Columbus and southern Ohio electric Company was read
concerning a lonG term franchise, and tho cl erk was instructed to invite
their rec:'resentatives to tho next neeting Feb. 17,1969.
Er. Denney moved, seconded by TIr. Dixon t1'at we Durchase the Cinder sDreader
that we had considered at the lasy meeting. Vote thereon was unanimous.
lr. Dixon introduced Ordinance 04-69 conc(3rning Appropriations for 1969.
Vote on Ordinance 04-69 was unanimous.
TJotion by Er. IIcCoy, secondod by lIr. Ulrey to instruct Chief ]:T.E. Hose to
maintain a daily lop; on the activities of Policeman Donald HUf';hes. ~e Chief
l~. Rose was also askod to report on the workin~ relation-ship he is ex-
P8rioncing with Poli0enan 'Tur;hos. Chief Rose is to make a renort before
Council once eBcrl mo:hhh d1)Y' Policeman s 'Jrobationary period.
Vote on the motion was unanimous.
