WHEREAS, on February 7, 1977, a request was made to Village Coun- cil to rezone the real estate hereinafter described from zoning district R-l to zoning districts R-2 and R-4: and WHEREAS, on February 8, 1977, the proposal was submitted to the Planning'and Zoning Commission of the Village of Dublin, Ohio for ~ approval, disapproval or recommendation: and WHEREAS, on February 9, 1977, said Planning Commission reported to the Village Counci I that it recommended approval of the afore- said change in zoning: and WHEREAS, on February 10, 1977, the contents of this Ordinance together with the report of the Planning Commission, was f i led for pub I ic inspection in the office of the Village Clerk, where it has remained: and WHEREAS, on February 21, 1977, the Villa~ Council set the matter ~ 0 down for a pub I i c hear i ng to be he I d on ....'"
