AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING AND APPOINTING VARIOUS RESERVE
POLICE OFFICERS FOR THE VillAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has a reserve police
force; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed, for a Six (6) month pro-
bationary period, Ronald l. Wi Iliams, Eric Prynn, John P.
Nichols, Ronnie D. Boysel and Greg A. Hal I as reserve police
offic.ers of the Vi Ilage of Dubl in, Ohio: and
WHEREAS, the Council of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio, is of
the opinion that said Ronald l. Williams, Eric Prynn, John P.
Nichols, Ronnie D. Boysel and Greg A. Hal I are suitable
persons for such appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vi Ilage
of Dublin, State of Ohio,~of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the six (6) month probationary appointment
of Ronald l. Williams, Eric Prynn, John P. Nichols, Ronnie
D. Boysel and Greg A. Hal I as Reserve Police Officers of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, be and it hereby is confirmed.
SECTION 2. That these appointments are contingent on the
aforesaid appointees taking and passing a physical exam-
i n at i on .
SECTION 3. That this appointment is to continue as pro-
bationary until such time as the aforesaid officers are
either finally appointed and confirmed or until they are
suspended or removed from office according to law.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance be in force and take effect
at the earl iest period ~"owed by law. .)..
