AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 56-74 BY
INCREASING THE COMPENSATION
PAID TO THE VILLAGE ADMINIS-
TRATOR BY THE SUM OF $l~OO.OO
PER YEAR AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
Be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Counties
of Franklin and Delaware, State of Ohio, S- of the elected members
thereto concurring, that:
SECTI ON 1. The annual compensation paid to the Village Administrator,
pursuant to Ordinance No. 56-74, be, and it is hereby, increased by the
sum of $lioo.oo per year, retroactive to January 1, 1976, thereby in-
creasing said total compensation from $15840.00 per year to $17a40.00,

and, said Ordinance No. 56-74 is, hereby, amended to include this in-
crease in compensation, but, in all other respects, said Ordinance is
ratified and confirmed; and
SECTION 2. This Ordinance be, and it is hereby, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the pub1 ic
peace, health and safety of the Village for the reason that said Village
Administrator performs vital, indispensib1e services for said Village
all of which are necessary to said Villages continued peace, health and
safety, and, therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
