AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE SAFETY-POLICE FUND: AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the 1976 Appropriations OrdinQnce includes an
appropriation for the TRANSFER of funds to the Safety-
Pol ice Fund:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the
Vi IIQge of Dubl in, State of Ohio, S- of the elected
members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to make Q TRANSFER from the GenerQI Fund to
the Safety-Police Fund in the amount of $ 50,000.00:
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
for the reason that this TRANSFER is necessary to meet the
obligations of the Safety-Pol ice Fund, and that this Ord-
I inance shal I take effect and be in force immediately upon
I its passage.
