TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE, PER OHIO REVISED CODE
5705-38 FOR EXPENSES TO BE INCURRED NO LATER THAN APRIL
I , 1976. AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT
EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
STATE OF OHIO, DURING THE TEMPORARY PERIOD ENDING APRIL
I , 1976: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
SECTION I. Be it ordained by the Counci I of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, th~t, to provide for the curr-
ent expenses and other expenditures of the said Vi I lage
of Dublin during the TEMPORARY PERIOD ending Apri I I, 1976,
the following sums be and they hereby are, set ~side ~nd
appropri~ted ~s fol lows:
SECTION 2. That there be appropriated from the GENERAL FUND:

POLICE FUND the sum of $ 30,000.00
SECTIO~ 4. That there be appropriated from the STREET
CONSTRUCT I ON, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND the following:

Teols 500.00
Signs 500.00
Trucks-Tractors 3,000.00
Capital Improve. 2,000.00
Total STREET FUND $ 15,000.00
SECTION 5. That there be appropriated from REVENUE SHARING
FUND the fol lowing:
Capital Improvements $ 9,000.00
Grand Total TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS $ 153,000.00
SECTION 5. The Vii lage Clerk is hereby authorized to draw his
warrants on the Vi I lage Treasurer for payments from any of the
foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and
vouchers therefor, approved by the Board or Officer authorized
by law to approve the same: or an Ordinance or Resolution of
Counci I to make the expenditures: provided that no warrants
sha II be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons
employed by authority of and in accordance with law or Ordinance
Provided further that the appropriations for Contingencies can
only be expended upon appeal of two-thirds vote of Counci I for
items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the
V i I I age, and for purposes other than those covered by the other
specific appropriations herein made.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the
reason that it is necessary to appropriate funds prior to any
funds being expended for fiscal year 1976, and that this Ord-
inance shal I take effect and be in force immediately upon its
