AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 19-75 BY
DELETING THE WORDS "RE-
C ASONABLE AND ORDINARY"
THEREFROM.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio 5
of the elected members thereto concurring,that:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 19-75, wherein Section 71.26 "Failure to
Control a Vehicle" was added to the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Dubl in, Ohio, which now reads as follows:
"71 .26 - FA I LURE TO CONTROL A VEH I CLE
No person shall operate a vehicle upon any street
or highway without exercising reasonable and
ordinary control over such vehicle.
Penalty, see Section 73.99.11
SECTION 2. Ordinance 19-75 wherein Section 71.26 "Failure to
Control a Vehicle" is hereby amended to read as follows:
C "71.26 - FAILURE TO CONTROL A VEHICLE
No person shall operate a vehicle upon any street
or highway without exercising control over such
vehicle.
Penalty, See Section 73.99."
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after the earl iest period allowed by law.
