BEST BIDS FOR PARK EAt11PMENT: AND
' DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
~"""'" WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 77-76, bids have been received for
said "Park Equipment", and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the following bids are the
lowest and best bids for said "Park Equipment";

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto concur-
ring:
j SECTION I. That the bids as listed above for said Park Equipment
in accordance with the specifications presently on file. in the
office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and they hereby are accepted.

SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer
be and they hereby are directed to execute contracts in the name
of the Village with the said lowest and best bidders listed above
for said "Park Equipment" in accordance with the specifications
j presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and in
accordance with the bids listed above.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is decla-
red to be an emergency necessary for the public peace health and
safety and far the further reason that said equipment~is being
purchased with 1976 Community Development Funds and must be expen-
ded prior to the end of this fiscal year December 31, 1976, there-
'i fore this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
