AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 27-74,
THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, BY AMENDING
SECTION 502.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 27-74 be, and it is hereby amended so that Sec-
tion 502 reads as follows:
502.01 -PARK FEES
For each lot shown on .said plat which is intended for single-family
residence use, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars; for each
lot intended for multi-dwelling use, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars for each dwelling unit permitted to be constructed thereon
under applicable regulations of the Zoning Ordinance, and for each
lot or parcel intended for commercial, office or other business use,
an amount computed at the rate of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for
each acre of such lot or parcel. The Park and Playground Fund shall
be used for the acquisition or improvement of municipal parks and
playgrounds exclusively, and for no other purpose.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be in force and take effect from and after
the earliest period: allowed by law.
