AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN, OHIO ZONING ORDIiANCE, SECTION
450.063 THEREOF.
BE !T ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio ~
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. Section 450.063 of Ordinance No, 21-70 be, and it is hereby,
amended by adding thereto Section 450.063 (23) as follows:
450.063 (23) The proposed size, location, ownership,
and use of nonresidential portions of the tract, in-
cluding usuable open areas, parks, playgrounds, school
sites, other public areas and open spaces, and the
methods of access whereby all residents of the P.U.D.
can have ingress and egress to and from the afore-
said areas or portions of the tract whether said
areas have been previously established or will be
established in the future.
SECTION 2. A public hearing pursuant to Ordinance 21-70 is, hereby,
scheduled for $:~0 p.m. on December 20, 1976 at the Village Hall, 12g South
High Street, Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance will be in force and take effect from and after -
the earliest period allowed by law.
