" AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A STREET
WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO, AND
SETTING A HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, a hearing, having been set for December 20, 1976 at
8:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 129 South High Street, Dublin, Ohio, for the
purpose of establishing the name of a street, said street lying adjacent to,
and on the west side of a building known as 220 West Bridge Street, and,
further, heading in a generally northerly direction from a beginning point
on U. S. 33; and
41HEREAS, said hearing having been completed, notice of said hear-
ing having been made, and, after careful consideration of the facts, allega-
tions and arguments presented at said hearing; therefore
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The aforesaid street is, hereby, named 5 1.1rr4~~J

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
