AN ORDINANCE AUTHuRIZING AND DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE ADMINlSTRATuR T0 ADVERTISE
fuR PA/\K EQU I PME NT: AND DECLARING AN
C EMEl\GENCY.
VJHEREAS, the Vi Ilage of Dublin IS in need of park equipment, and
desires to expend their al location from Community Development
funds for 1976 prior to the end of the year, said funds specif-
ical ly being allocated for park equipment:
NOW, THEREfuRE, BE IT UR~AINED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the Vi I lage Administrator be and he hereby IS,
authorized and directed to advertise for bids for two consecu-
tive weeks for said Park Equipment in accordance with the spec-
ifications prepared by the Vi I lage Administrator and presently
on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. A II bids shall be I

of Dub I in, Ohio, before I I : 00 A. I-I. If. S . T . , December 6, 1976, at
which time said bids shall be opened. The Counc i I of t he V ill age

of Dublin reserves the right to reject any and al I bids. ,

SECTION 2. That this urdinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
l] clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
'.1 preservation of the publ ic peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that these funds must be expended prior to the
end of the current year, therefore this Ordinance shal I take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
