same hereby IS, revised and amended by changing the zoning of

Dear Dick:
The Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission hereby
recommends to Council for its approval, rezoning
of the Evergreen Company tract located on State
Route 745 to R-2 and R-4 zoning. The R-2 zoning
is for the east area of the tract bordering on
Dublin Road and that section to the extreme north
side, which is approximately 30 acres. The re-
maining 74 acres is to be zoned R-4. A survey
boundary drawing and description of the tract
are enc losed.
