The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8 :00 P.M.
at the );,,1unicipal Building, 'Nith Hayor Jack Frambes presiding.

Dixon moved, seconded by Ulrey that the bills be paid. Vote thereon was
unanimous.
Iilr. Dixon introduced Ordinance 21-68 Fixing the rates which Columbus and
Southerr' Ohio Electric COTIl.nany may charge for secondary service to con-
SUIners in the Vil1af,e of Dublin, Ohio. IScCoy moved, seconded by Macklin,
to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was un-
animous. Vote em the Ordinance vms unanimous.
A letter was recieveQ from the Department of Highways stating that they
had no objection to the proposed rezoning of the one acre of land in the
southeast corner of U.S.R 33 and Frantz Road.
A lotter was 1,'!ritten to the state Highway Department in regards
problems involved with sp~ed limits on Route 161 in front of and
west of Washington Local Schools.

that they clean up their Droperties on South High st. in the Village.
