The regular meeting of the Dublin Council was held at 8:.00 P.M. at
the Municipal Building, with Mayor Jack l<rambes presiding.
Roll call was held as follows: Dermey,present,Dixon,present,Karrer,present,
Hacklin,absent , l.'Ic Coy , present and Ulrey, present.
The minutes of the precedin~ meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were submitted for payment:
Mose Eyers
Franklin Co. Engrs
$ 78.88 Bldg Insp. Fees
56.22 Traffic lite repair
Karrer moved, seconded by Dixon that the bills be paid. Vote thereon was
unanimous.
]\,Ir. Ulrey introduced Resolution 15-68 to set a Public Hea6'nrr' date for
the one (1) acre Tract of Coffman property rezoning fron. A.gricultural I
Residential to Commercial District C on ]\londay October 21, 1968 at ~:OO P.M.
at the Municipal Building. The Resolution was read for the first time.
1rr. Dixon moved, seconded by tIr. 1bCoy to dispense with the three time
reading rule. Vote on the motionlJTas Denney,yes,Dixon, yes, Karrer,yes
},~acklin, absent , McCoy, yes and Ulrey, yes. Vote on Resolution 15-68 was:

The Clerk reported that the Franklin County Budget Conunission had sent
the Village of DubHr: an additional allocation from the Local Government
Funds for the fiscal year 1968. The Clerk r.as written letters of thanks to
each member of the Commiss.Lon on behalf of the Village Officials and the
residents.
