AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE A SIXTEEN AND ONE-HALF
FOOT ALLEY CONTIGUOUS TO, AND NORTH OF, LOT NO:
!J 152 OF THE TOWN PLAT OF DUBLIN EXTENDING FROM
HIGH STREET TO REAR OF SAID LOT NO: 152, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, to facilitate the proposed new Library said alley should
be vacated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR2:'NED, by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the above described Alley (just north of the ex-
isting Dublin Library) is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason
that said alley should be vacated for the building of an expanded
Library facil ity in the Vi Ilage of Dubl in, therefore this Ordin-
ance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its pass-
age.
