Roll Call was held as follows: Penney,present; Dixon,present; Karrer, present; NLacklin, present; McCoy, present; Ulrey, present. The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved. Vote thereon was unanimous. i:Tr. LlcCoy introduced Ordinance 20-68 changing the name of Geese-Frontage Rd to Shier-Rings Rd. Dixon moved, seconded by Ulrey to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous. Vote on the Ordinance was unanimous. Resolution 14-68 was introduced by Karrer and recommended for passage jy 1V~. Karrer concerning acceDtance of the 'l'ax Rates set forth by the Franklin Co. Budget Commission for the re-newal of the Dublin Police lery. The resolution was read for the first time. Ulrey moved, seconded by Dixon, to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was Denney,yes,Dixon, yes,Karrer,yes,Eacklin,yes,IiIcCoy,yes,Ulrey,yes. Vote on resolution 14-68 was: Denney ,yes,D ixon,yes, Karrer ,yes ,Macklin,yes ,lJlcCoy ,yes, Ulrey ,yes. TIr. Ulrey introduced Ordinance 21-68 appointing Sherman Sheldon as a citizen member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the ViLla ge of Dublin. McCoy moved, seconded by Denney to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous. Vote on the Ordinance was unanimous. Charles Weber, his lep;al counsel and Architect aDpeared before the Council with a request for rezoning of a One acre tract of the Coffman property on Frantz Rd. It is to be used for a Dublin branch of the Ohio Fbderal Savings and Loan Assoc. ;.:~. Dixon moved, seconded by I"r. A letter from IEr. Harold Stauch 'Has read requesting the VillaGe to put a driveway entrance into one of his farm fiEllds fronting Shier-Rings Rd. The mayor instructed the Clerk to inform LII'. Stauch that the Village would not conform to his request, and to direct Tir. Stauch to contact the Village Engineer ioCr. Llyers for instructions when he decides to put the drive-way in himself. The mattor of naming a Bank Depository was discussed, but since there was in-sufficient knowledge of what should be done, the matter was droppped until a later date.
