The following uses shall be allowed in the Community Commercial District~ subject to approval in accordance with Section 815~ Article VIII. 330.032 Residential. Living quarters as an integral part of a \" PERMITTED USE structure. \ \ 330.04 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS. In add ition to the , \ ) \ , provisions of Article V~' GENERAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS~ the I - : following standards for arrangement and development of land and buildings I , ! are required in the CENTRA L COMMUNITY COMMERCIA L DISTRICT. 330.041 Intensity of Use. No minimum lot size is'required. 330.042. Lot Width. No minimum lot width is reql ired; however, all lots shall abut a street and have adequate width to provide the yard space required by these DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS. 330.043 Side Yard. A side yard shall be required adjacent to a Residential Zoning District or Planned Residential Zoning District as i listed in SECTION 201, ARTICLE II. These required side yards shall be not , less than one-fourth (1/4) the sum of the height and depth of the building, but I ( ; in no case shall be less than fifteen (15) feet. "--" 330.044 Rear Yard. A rear yard shall be required adjacent to a Residential Zoning District or a Planned Residential Zoning District as listed in SECTION 201, ARTICLE II. The location on the site and appearance (architectural character) of structures proposed for construction in the CENTRA L COMMUNITY COMMERCIA L DISTRICT shall -j l l i be governed by the provisions of SECTION 561~ ARTICLE V. 0, SECTION 3. That Section 561. 03 (2) of Article V of Ordinance No. 21-70 be~ and it hereby is~ amended to read as follows: (2 ) The area of jurisdiction of the Architectural Board are those areas lying within the (CCC) Central Community Commercial District~ and the (CB) Central Business District as shown on the Zoning District Map. SECTION 4. That the following described real estate situated in the Village of Dublin~ Ohio~ shall be and it hereby is rezoned from Community Commercial to Central Community Commercial and made a part \, , of the Central Community Commercial District of the Village of Dublin~ Ohio~ :, I \ i and shall be subject to the regulations as set forth in Section 2 hereof: \ - All that territory shown on'the map prepared by Burgess & Niple Ltd. attached hereto~ which is hereby made a part hereof. i I SECTION 5.
