ORDINANCE NO. S3-71
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEED AND DEDICATION FOR
RECORDING FROM GOLDEN BEAR MUIRFIELD, LTD. TO
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN.
( BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, ~ Council
members concurring, that:
Section 1. The Deed dedicating certain property of Golden
Bear Muirfield, Ltd., for street, highway and other public
purposes, attached hereto, be and the same is hereby accepted
by the Village of Dublin for recording.
Section 2. In accordance with applicable law, upon acceptancE
of said Deed and public right-of-way, the Village of Dublin,
hereafter agrees and assumes responsibility for repair and
maintenance of said streets and public highways located within
said property.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
C from and after the earliest period allowed by law.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That MUIRFIELD LTD.,
n an Ohio limited partnership (the "Grantor"), in consideration
~. of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consider-
ations to it paid by THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO, a municipal
corporation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN, OHIO, its successors and assigns forever, the follow-
ing REAL ESTATE situated in the County of Franklin ~n the State
of Ohio, and in the Village of Dublin and bounded and described
as follows:
Being in Virginia Military Survey No. 2544, containing 0.417
acres of land, more or less, said 0.417 acres being out of the
land conveyed to Muirfield Ltd. by deed of record in Deed
Book 3349, Page 584, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio,
and in Deed Book 377, Page 418, Recorder's Office, Delaware
County, Ohio, said 0.417 acres being more particularly described

Beginning, for reference, at a point in the centerline of
' :, Brand Road at a southeasterly corner of said Muirfield Ltd.
land, the same being the southwesterly corner of that 6.313
acre tract of land described in a deed to Richard L. Coulter,
of record in Deed Book 2365, Page 694, Recorder's Office,
Franklin County, Ohio;
Thence N 790 46' 42" W, with the centerline of said Brand Road
and with a southerly line of said Muirfield Ltd. land, a dis-
tance of 364.04 feet to a point;
Thence N 100 13' 18" E, a distance of 50.00 feet to a point;
Thence S 790 46' 42" E, parallel with and 50.00 feet northerly
from, as measured at right angles, the centerline of said Brand
Road, a distance of 362.07 feet to a point in an easterly line
of said Muirfield Ltd. land, the same being in the westerly line
of said 6.313 acre tract;
Thence S 70 57' 46" W, with an easterly line of said Muirfield
Ltd. land and with the westerly line of said 6.313 acre tract, a
distance of 50.04 feet to the point of beginning and containing
~ 0.417 acres of land, more or less.
L. A survey of the above-described premises was made by Bauer,
...... '.' Borowitz & Merchant, Inc. by Felix R. Borowitz, Registered
Surveyor No. 5561.

This deed is executed and delivered in order to
dedicate the above described premises to public use for street
and highway purposes and other public purposes consistent
therewith, including gas, water, telephone and electric lines,
storm and sanitary sewers and sidewalks.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises, with the privileges
l:J and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to the said THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN, OHIO, its successors and assigns forever, for the
uses and purposes aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor, MUIRFIELD LTD.,
acting by and through the duly authorized agents of Golden Bear
Muirfield, Inc., an Ohio corporation, as the Managing Partner
of The Muirfield Company, a general partnership and the General
Partner of Muirfield Ltd., has caused this Deed to be executed
