That the following described real estate (see attachec legal description marked Exhibit "AN) situated in the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, shall be, and hereby is, rezoned to the O.L.R., Office, Laboratory, Research Zoning District and shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained in Ordinance No: 21-70, the Village of Dublin, Ohio, Zoning Code, and amendments thereto. SECTION 2.
