The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8 :00 PM at the i!
lilunicipal Building with llayor Jack Frambes presiding.
Roll call was held asfollows:.Denney, present; DixOIll, present; Karrer,
IiIcCoy, present ; Ulrey, present.

the Minutes of the preceeding meetings were read and approved.
1'he following bills were submitted for payment:
B & A Paint Co. ~ 29~92 .Paint & supplies for 1.1uni. Bldg.
Business remindeds Co. 78.30 PoLice equipment
Worthington Hardware Co. 42.29 Street repair tools & equipment
Sheldon moved, seconded by Karrer, that the bills be paid. Vote thereon was
unanimous.
Council discussed the petition regarding twin single zoning signed by many
Marion St. residents and were informed that a letter had been written to
Mr. Sandusky of the County Health Dept. and that action should be deferred
until an answer is received. Council was also informed by the Solicitor that
a n8'l1 Zoning Ordinance was in the preparation stage and that provisions there-
in would remedy the situation.
The 1~yor read a letter of resignation from the Clerk and discussion followed
regarding a replacement. Mr. Sheldon tentatively agreed to take the job and
several names were mentioned as successors to his 80uncil seat.
There being no further business, Council adjourned.
