the rezoning of the real estate hereinafter described from Rural
to Community Commercial and Limited Industrial; and
WHEREAS, on OC- 2.v 11'7 () an application was

submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Village of
Dublin, Ohio, for study and report; and
WHEREAS, on jVrJ r/ :2. /71lJ , the said Planning
& Zoning Commission reported to/the Village Council that it
approved the requested change in zoning; and
WHEREAS, on //f} t/. :z. /9'70 , the, contents of !
, this Ordinance, together with th~ report of said Planning & Zoning

Beginning'ata point in the centerline of Avery Road,
said point being the northeast corner of the William
E. & Peggy A. Pethtel 5.46 acre tract (D.B. 2131,
P. 371) and the southeast corner,of the Dodge Irelan,
Inc. 7.53 acre tract (D. B. 2807, P. 200) ;
Thence Westerly along the south line of the Dodge Irelan
tract and the north line of the Pethtel tract 227.38 feet
